The fire alarm issue mentioned to management was handled poorly, showing a lack of professionalism. Choose a room on an upper floor for better peace and quiet.

The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice, to other activities around Margarets region...

The staff was very kind and polite, so I would definitely go back. I had a great stay, the hotel was well priced and stunningly beautiful and well priced. The room was gorgeous and absolutely perfect, offered useful things, such as a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. Appetising food in the attached restaurant was the best part.

Consider requesting an upper floor for quieter accommodation, as ground-level apartments can be noisy from above.

It has a lovely location on coast but not far from Margaret River. We had a one bedroom apartment & it was spacious, clean & well fitted. The staff were helpful & the restaurant & cafe were both very good.

Had brilliant stay for a visit of Margaret river even in winter time and the weather was lovely. The location was perfect, right by the ocean, Margaret River Mouth where is really beautiful, and the conveniences of Margaret River, in a good area. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

This place had that lovely smell of mould in the room, a good surprise every time I walked in. The shower layout was definitely not made for anyone who enjoys comfort, and good luck trying to park your car in their ridiculously tight spots. I expected at least a complimentary gift for enduring such chaos but, of course, I received nothing.

We have previously stayed here approximately 8 years ago and wanted to revisit because we enjoyed our time before. We were not bothered by staff and were left to our own.

Unfortunately the rooms have not been maintained with some facilities not new or replaced when maintenance required. e.g. broken toilet seat, water pressure poor, curtains not fitting or sized correctly. The building and it's fittings clearly need modernising. We even had what sounded like a person who was either running, exercising or walking backwards and forwards during the early (5.00am) hours of the morning and again at late afternoon. We were in fact quite let down in the value for money dimensions in comparison to similar accomodations during our travel period. Our request for a balcony room was not able to be met even though we had booked many months ago. There seemed to be some vacant balcony rooms available.

We found cobwebs throughout the apartment, detracting from the overall cleanliness. The sliding door to the outdoor area was broken, leading to further inconvenience .

1 BR apartment was a good value. Location about 300 meters to the spectacular Indian Ocean Coast. 5 KM from the town of Margaret River for groceries, browsing, tours and spas!

There wasn't really anything that I didn't like.

The location was beautiful, onsite restaurant was amazing! Rooms were clean, though not serviced during our stay.

The room was modern and spacious, with a lovely bed. The proximity to the beach and the awesome breakfast deal at the nearby White Elephant Cafe made mornings enjoyable. I appreciated the kitchenette setup, which gave us the flexibility to cook. The garden view added a nice touch to our experience.

The shower had some accessibility issues that could be improved for better comfort.

The resort had an overall warm and comforting feel , very nive for the family holiday.

Our room had everything we required but we felt could do with a refurbishment in some areas like the bathroom and the bed .

Very comfortable accommodation for the 4 of us. Great views of the ocean.

The bathroom basin was rather high for comfort and the spar/bath/shower far too hard for older folk to climb into
